The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for all the food and beverage operations, which includes all culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service operations. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals. Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency in all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations. Develops and implements business plans for food and beverage.
The Food & Beverage Manager will support the Director of Restaurants, Bars & Events, and other members of the F&B management team. This manager will oversee the different functions of the food and beverage areas including banquets, restaurant, room service, and bar at different times within the hotel.
