Job Overview:

We're looking for dynamic, results-driven Relationship Managers to join our field sales team. You will engage with customers directly, understand their insurance needs, and help them choose from a range of policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Conduct field visits, understand insurance needs, and recommend the best policies.

Sales Growth: Generate leads, drive sales, and meet targets.

Customer Service: Provide end-to-end support throughout the sales cycle.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and post-sale support.

Reporting: Regular updates on sales activities and client data in CRM.
