Job Description
Min 1 Year experience in to gold loan.
- Handling Gold Loan Customers in the Branch, explain Product Features, handling queries from customers, support in documentation and End to End Loans processing in LOS.
- Clear and resolve all Audit queries, FCU queries.
- Handle Gold Loan Customer servicing.
- Responsible for Insurance Cross Sell targets.
