Job Description

A Dynamics 365 technical consultant designs, builds, and maintains Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for businesses. They work with clients to meet their needs and ensure that the solutions are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

Technical design: Design technical architectures and solutions based on client requirements

Technical support: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle

Technical presentations: Demonstrate solutions to clients and stakeholders

Technical reviews: Review code and architecture

Technical documentation: Create user guides and technical specifications

Technical training: Design and deliver training for clients and internal teams

Technical integrations: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems

Technical customizations: Customize Dynamics 365 to meet client needs

Technical data migration: Develop and assist with data migrations

Technical project management: Develop project plans and schedules

Other responsibilities

Ensuring data security and system backups

Monitoring system performance

Managing user access

Planning system upgrades and patches

Staying current with new technologies

Troubleshooting technical issues
