Job Description
":" Design and implement firewall solutions based onthe organizations security requirements.
Configure and deploy firewall devices to enforcesecurity policies.
Work with other IT teams to integrate firewallsolutions into the overall network architecture.
Configure and manage firewall rules to controlnetwork traffic and prevent unauthorized access.
Monitor firewall logs and reports to identifyand address security issues.
Investigate and respond to security incidentsrelated to firewall breaches or anomalies.
Implement monitoring tools to detect and alerton suspicious activities.
Maintain accurate documentation of firewallconfigurations, policies, and procedures.
Create and update network diagrams, topologymaps, and other relevant documentation
Requirements
- A bachelor degree in computer science (or a related field).
- Relevant certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or CCNA.
- Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with network hardwares (routers, switches, and firewalls)
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols and technologies.
- Proficiency in network hardware and software configuration.
