Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct proactive talent research to build candidate pipelines.
• Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit for the role.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and motivations.
• Provide guidance to candidates about the interview process and logistics.
• Administer skills tests or assessments to gauge a candidate's suitability for the position.
• Evaluate candidates based on the job's requirements and organizational culture.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience.
• Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job posting records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
