Job Description

1. Experience leading technical implementation efforts in similar scope and size;
2. Work closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers to develop the agreed solutions.
3. Flow Designer & Integrations Experience is mandatory
4. Integration Experience is mandatory
5. Telecom experience is preferable
6. Provide advice on alternative options, risks and the associated impact to the business and technical architecture.
7. Strong understanding of both Functional and Technical knowledge of ServiceNow
8. 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer is mandatory.
9. Working experience on creation of Custom workspace, custom service portal.
