Job Description

Position: Talent Acquisition Executive / Sr. Executive
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Company: PBPartners (Policybazaar Group)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and non-sales roles.
Source candidates via job portals, social media, and references.
Conduct screening, interviews, and manage interview coordination.
Work closely with hiring managers for timely closures.
Maintain hiring trackers and reports regularly.

Requirements:

14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Prior BFSI / Insurance hiring experience preferred.
