Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function across multiple verticals: Field Sales, Contact Center, Technology, and Corporate roles.
  • Oversee and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring effective execution of hiring plans and recruitment strategies.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower needs, workforce planning, and provide hiring support.
  • Drive sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and recruitment campaigns for high-volume and niche hiring.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer rollout, and onboarding.
  • Own recruitment data management maintain and report key hiring metrics, dashboards, and trackers accurately and timely.
  • Manage vendor relationships (consultancies, job portals, etc.) and optimize hiring channels.
  • Implement best practices in hiring processes to ensure quality of hires and a positive candidate experience.
  • Support and execute Employer Branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile:


  • 8- 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably managing a team.
  • Strong exposure to Field Sales, Contact Center, Tech, and Corporate hiring.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing business leaders.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent skills in Excel, MIS reporting, and recruitment analytics.
  • Good handholding skills to support and guide the recruitment team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
