Profile : Scrum Master / Business Analyst
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 3+ Yrs
Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Master Duties:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Manage overall planning & schedule
Track and follow up on the progress of various projects with the development team.
Remove impediments and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
Understand and gather requirements from stakeholders.
Translate requirements into detailed user stories and tasks for the development team.
Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met.
Quality Assurance:
Test new features and functionalities as they are developed.
Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in quality assurance and testing.
Experience 4-6 years.
