Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Sales Manager Prabhadevi, Mumbai
Job Description:
* Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the real estate sector.
* Conducting end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, client meetings, property presentations, and closing deals.
* Understanding customer needs and providing suitable real estate solutions to meet their requirements.
* Managing relationships with both potential and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term business.
* Working closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and feedback using CRM tools.
* Collaborating with the marketing team to promote sales initiatives and participate in events and exhibitions.
* Staying updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
* Ensuring smooth documentation and processing of sales transactions.
Key Skills:
* Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer behavior.
* Ability to manage a high volume of client interactions effectively.
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
