Job Description
- Lead the technical design and architecture for full-stack solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, maintainability, and security.
- Mentor and guide a team of full-stack engineers, fostering their technical growth and promoting best practices.
- Actively participate in the development lifecycle, including hands-on coding, code reviews, and debugging across the stack (frontend UI, backend services, APIs, databases).
- Contribute to the implementation of key technologies, including practical development with Kafka and Kubernetes (K8s).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to define technical solutions and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tooling, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Champion DevSecOps principles and culture within the team, promoting awareness of security best practices and automation (CI/CD).
- Oversee code quality, establish testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end), and ensure software reliability.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap, evaluate new technologies, and make recommendations.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical challenges across the application stack.
- Proven experience (e.g., 8-12 years) in full-stack software development, with demonstrated experience in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Deep proficiency in either modern frontend development (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, major frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, Vue.js) with a breadth of knowledge in backend technologies, or deep backend expertise combined with an understanding of frontend UI/UX principles and state management.
- Expertise in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL; experience with microservices architecture.
- Good understanding and experience with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and core services.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Awareness or development experience working with Apache Kafka and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts/tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and a commitment to promoting security best practices.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., Gitflow).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
