Overseeing construction projects, managing contractors, and ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
Managing preventative and corrective maintenance, overseeing utilities, and ensuring the proper functioning of all building systems.
Accounting, building maintenance billings and ensuring compliance with allotees.
Optimizing space utilization, managing occupancy levels, and ensuring a comfortable and functional work environment for occupants.
