Job Description

• Experience: Minimum 6-Max 10 years in the Life Insurance industry
• Team Handling: At least 2-3 years managing FLS managers
• Background: Preferably from an Agency or Direct channel
• Location: Candidate must have resided in the same city for the past 23 years
• Preference: Former employees of Axis Max Life Insurance (AMLI) will be given priority.

Job Summary:

Manage a team of 10 Advisor Development and Retention Managers ( ADRMs)
Supervise team of ADRMs
ADRMs will be assigned team of 15-30 existing advisors and not responsible for new advisor recruitment
Drive month-on-month activation and retention of assigned advisors
