Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking; conduct product presentations; and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers; provide excellent customer service; and address customer needs and concerns.
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and quotas; track progress using CRM software; and generate sales reports.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of apparel products and industry trends.
- Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales reports to management.
