Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Product Development:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of software or hardware products.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for new and existing products.
- Participate in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.
Testing and Debugging:
- Conduct unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Identify and resolve performance and functionality issues.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and product managers, to meet project goals.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews.
Learning and Development:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Actively participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance skills.
Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for the developed features and modules.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: ReactJs and Angular.
- Strong knowledge of back-end technologies: Java and Python.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript; familiarity with TypeScript and Velocity scripting is a plus.
- Familiarity with databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Exposure to AI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, Data Mining, and Data Analysis is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
