As a Regional Sales Manager you will handle Sales & Business Development of the

Multispecialty Segment based at Pune HQ Covering Pune.

You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development

of team of MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.

You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.

You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.

Candidate Profile

You should be Graduate or B.Sc 6-8 years in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as

Regional Sales Manager.

You should be good in Man Management & Business Development.

You should have good experience in scientific/ medical promotions, launching new

products and effective implementation of strategies.

You should be good at Maintaining Administrative Control in Field Force.
