CANDIDATE SHOULD BE FROM CATTLEFEED INDUSTRYStrengthening Distribution network of cattle feed
Effective after sales service to the consumers
Touching base with the Consumers, Dealer/Distributors periodically
Dealer tracking
Farm tracking and Farm trial tracking
Enhancing visibility- Marketing activities like Farmer Meetings, Milk Collection Agents meeting, Van Campaigning, Wall Painting and other related activities
Complaint handling
Managing Sales Team
Budgeting
Monitoring Sales Contribution
Co-ordinating with Production Team for in time supply
Sharing sales plan with Production team on Monthly/fortnightly basis
Product Pricing
Conducting Periodical Training Programmes to Sales Team - Technical and Selling aspects
Required Candidate profile
Candidate Having experience in Cattle Feed sales only preferred.
Should be self driven.
Good Leadership qualities and team driven
Should have good dealers / distributors network.
Willingness to adapt changes.
