Job Description
Tools Consultant:
- Understand multiple Infrastructure tools like SCCM, Solarwinds, Manage Engine, App Dynamic, Data Dog etc.
- Have understanding of Discovery, Monitoring, Alerting, Patching functions.
- Prepare roadmap for IT infrastructure tools ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Analyze existing systems and propose improvements or new tool implementations.
- Identify, evaluate, and select appropriate tools and technologies for IT infrastructure, ensuring they align with business needs.
- Eliminate redundant, un-used tools in environment and help consolidate the tools lanscape
- Continuously optimize and maintain the performance of infrastructure tools.
- Implement best practices for monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with various teams, including IT operations, development, and security, to understand their requirements and ensure that the infrastructure tools meet their need
