Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, wireframing, prototyping, and front-end technologies like HTML/CSS and JavaScript. This role requires a deep understanding of user experience principles and the ability to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user interaction across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create wireframes and prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into user-friendly designs.
- Develop UI components and style guides that ensure consistency across applications.
- Create interactive prototypes to visualize user flows and usability.
- Design and optimize user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring responsive designs across various devices.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Implement UI/UX best practices for enhanced user experience and accessibility.
- Utilize HTML/CSS and JavaScript to build pixel-perfect designs and ensure compatibility across browsers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design tools and techniques.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD for wireframing and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, user-centered design processes, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript for front-end development.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and experience.
Required Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Experience with Figma and Adobe XD for design and prototyping.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript for front-end development.
- Ability to stay updated on the latest design tools, trends, and best practices.
