AI POWERED ENGINEERS
Exp Range : 5-10 years

About the Role:
Were looking for a Senior AI-Powered Engineer with a strong background in Python, TypeScript, AWS, and hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, youll build intelligent, production-grade applications that integrate LLMs and AI services to solve real-world business problems. You will work across the stack, from model integration and orchestration to backend systems and cloud deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI-driven applications using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Build and deploy Python- and TypeScript-based services and APIs that integrate with AI models.
- Optimize model performance, prompt engineering, and cost efficiency.
- Develop scalable and secure cloud-native applications using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, SageMaker, ECS, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Implement robust observability, logging, and monitoring for AI-driven systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, ML engineers, and designers to deliver AI-powered features.
- Maintain clean, testable code and ensure high code quality through automated testing and code reviews.
- Stay up to date with advances in AI, foundation models, and best practices in prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong Python and TypeScript skills.
- Proven experience integrating and working with LLMs or generative AI frameworks.
- Deep understanding of RESTful and event-driven architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially related to serverless, ML, or AI workflows.
- Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Strong grasp of software engineering principles, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with model fine-tuning or custom LLM development.
- Familiarity with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AWS Bedrock.
- Experience deploying AI/ML pipelines with tools like SageMaker or MLflow.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React) is a plus.
- Prior work in AI-driven product development, such as copilots, chatbots, recommendation engines, or workflow automation.
