Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the design and engineering of mechanical systems for Building, Tunnel, Metro, Railway and related infrastructure Projects.
Preferred candidate profile
- Design and Engineering: Develop detailed designs for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with architectural plans.
- Technical Calculations: Perform various load calculations like heat load calculation, duct sizing, Pipe sizing, Chiller pipe sizing, Pump design and selections, Air terminal selection and installation and Firefighting.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of mechanical system for projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil/Electrical engineers, project managers, and procurement teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including design specifications, drawings, reports, and compliance records.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with industry trends, codes, and regulations related to mechanical engineering.
