Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book Train Tickets, flights, accommodations, and transportation for company employees.
  • Handle all travel-related inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with travel agencies, hotels, and airlines to negotiate favorable rates and terms.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices Prepare detailed travel reports and expense summaries for company records.
  • Handle emergency situations and provide support to employees in case of travel disruptions or delays. Maintain accurate and organized records of travel bookings and expenses


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of travel regulations and safety procedures.
  • Flexibility to adjust to evolving travel needs and schedules.
