Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation:
• Meet with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and builders to demonstrate smart home solutions and to understand their requirements.
• Conduct site visits and assessments for feasibility and customization.
• Solution Design & Demonstration:
• Recommend and design smart home solutions (entrance automation, lighting automation, home controls, security systems, home cinema, etc.).
• Provide technical product demonstrations and presentations.
• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals.
• Project Coordination:
• Coordinate with technical teams for system integration, installation, and commissioning.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Market Research & Reporting:
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
• Prepare regular sales and activity reports.
