Job Description

To provide support for a UCAAS platform on a shift basis . Need to troubleshoot the telecom network and LINUX systems at the first level to see why service is being effected. Need to troubleshoot SIP gateways , IP Phones routers / firewalls also .

Required Candidate profile

Should have Analysed SIP logs for troubleshooting and debugging VoIP-related issues before . Have worked in support for Gateways / IP Phones / Free-switch / Asterix based systems.Need to know LINUX.
