Skill Requirements:

OOPS Concept, Java
Web Technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
Servlets and JSP
Java Web Frameworks like Struts / Spring.
Database Management- ( Basic knowledge of SQL, Oracle) , query handling , data access techniques
Version Control: Familiarity with Git and other version control systems for collaborative development.
IDE Proficiency: Comfort with popular IDEs like Eclipse for coding, debugging, and project management.
