About the role:
Regional Manager is responsible to build & train the team and drive sales and business development for the assigned cities. Ensure the motivation levels in the team and keep the team engaged for long run. Make sure to be on the field with the team and lead it from the front for acquisition, retention of payment solution.
Expectations/ Requirements
Handling big team for the North region. New distribution and channel launch. Working closely with the team for overall business improvement. Ensuring business achievement within the stipulated time frame. Mentoring team members for a higher role
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
- Having 12-20 years of experience. - Having B2C/ B2B Sales experience. - High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation - Ability to take internal and external stakeholders along - Understanding of Technology and User Experience - Love for simplifying - Growth Mindset - Willingness to experiment and improve continuously
