Full Job Description
Responsibilities And Duties
Draft and negotiate a wide range of legal contracts including non-disclosure, master service agreement, purchase order terms and conditions, vendor services, consulting, licensing, joint development and other commercial and technology-related agreements.
Work cross-functionally with Legal Advisor, CEO, CFO and CTO to advise on legal issues and risks, complex agreement structures, and internal company policies and procedures, to develop and improve applicable forms, templates, processes, and other best practices.
Implement, manage, and update a contract management system and ensure all company contracts are integrated.
Manage end-to-end legal contracting processes with internal business partners and track upcoming contract expirations, renewals, milestones, and ongoing compliance matters.
Knowledge And Skill Requirements
Professional proficiency in English is expected.
Relevant contract drafting and negotiation skills
Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, analytical skills, and track record of developing creative solutions to novel issues.
A collaborative style with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with little or no supervision
Familiarity with any contract management and legal operations tools is a plus.
Passion for a data-driven approach to building efficient processes and operations.
Preferably LLB graduate with experience on contracts design with above skills can apply
