Job Title: Receptionist (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Handle front desk activities, including receiving and dispatching courier/parcels.

Maintain visitor records and ensure front desk is tidy and presentable.

Provide basic and accurate information to clients in person or via phone/email.

Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars.

Support administrative and clerical tasks when required.
Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or graduate

Computer Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English
