Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer with hands-on experience in building intelligent systems using Python and frameworks like CrewAI and Autogen. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agentic architectures, prompt engineering, and orchestration of multi-agent workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop intelligent agent-based solutions using GenAI models and agentic frameworks.
- Build autonomous workflows using CrewAI, Autogen, and similar toolkits.
- Implement agent behaviors such as planning, decision-making, and tool usage.
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into agent systems for task execution and chaining.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases for GenAI and autonomous agents.
- Write efficient, maintainable Python code to support AI infrastructure.
- Optimize agent performance through iterative prompt design, memory management, and evaluation.
Required Skills:
- Solid programming skills in Python
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings)
- Experience with agent frameworks like CrewAI, Autogen, LangChain, or similar
- Knowledge of agentic systems, multi-agent collaboration, and autonomous task execution
- Experience working with APIs from OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with orchestration tools, vector databases, and tool integration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience deploying GenAI solutions in production environments
- Knowledge of conversational AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or tool use
- Background in ML/AI, NLP, or cognitive architectures is a plus
- Prior experience in building custom agents for real-world tasks (e.g., research, automation)
Nice to Have:
- Contributions to open-source agentic frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- UI integration experience using Streamlit, FastAPI, or Gradio
