Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to lead projects aligned to the HR strategic priorities working across the HR function to ensure consistency in project management standards, including tools and techniques. The Senior Leader Project Management is a highly accountable and visible role within the HR PMO.
The successful individual will work with cross disciplinary and global teams to design, plan, organize, and manage highly complex, global projects aligned to HR strategic priorities that transition as well as transform the HR organization to deliver on its vision.
