Location - Mumbai

About the job: What are we looking for

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients,

ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Your goal will be to ensure clients

are fully satisfied, engaged, and supported throughout their journey with us. You will play a

crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction, driving engagement, and fostering long-term

relationships.

  • We are looking for a Manager -Client Engagement, who is responsible for managing execution

of various projects in Data analytics spaces.

  • These projects are executed for enterprises in healthcare or Consumer Healthcare companies.
  • Interact very closely with backend tech & product team members to execute the projects

successfully and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Interact very regularly with clients to ensure that there are no gaps in the expectations verses

deliverables

What Youll Do? as Manager -Client Engagement, well look to you to manage following

responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients,

addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and care. Ensuring successful

Execution of the project.

Onboarding and Training:

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, providing training and resources to ensure a

smooth transition and effective use of our products/services. Prepare a realistic timeline &

project plan for various projects and get buy-in from internal and external stakeholders

Issue Resolution:

  • Ensure client satisfaction by proactively identify and resolve client issues, needs / pain points,

working closely with internal teams to provide timely solutions.

Engagement Strategy:

  • Design and implement initiatives to boost client engagement and satisfaction, including regular

check-ins and customized solutions.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinating with clients IT team and our internal tech and product teams, so that all the data

transfer (to and fro) are automated.

  • Work in close coordination with the business development team and ensure smooth

onboarding of new clients

Product Development:

  • Providing inputs in building newer tech products / business analytics platforms for the

companies; includes improvement in features of the existing products

  • Thinking of innovative products that can be built using PHARMARACK strengths in

technology and network

What You'll Need A strong candidate will have or show

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in an IT Systems, SaaS products, Healthcare Consulting,

Healthcare marketing, Strategy or BD, Selling Analytics solutions in marketing or client

servicing

  • Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with senior client team members and line

of business representatives

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • A Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • MBA / PGDM or equivalent degree in IT Management will be preferred
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
