Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead/Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer with expertise in Python and strong project management capabilities
- As the Lead/Senior RPA Engineer - Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage development projects involving RPA technologies
- You will ensure the successful execution of these projects, while also performing quality checks to guarantee the delivery of high-standard solutions
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage RPA development projects with external teams, including defining project goals, establishing timelines, and overseeing deliverables.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks and testing on RPA solutions developed by external teams, ensuring compliance with established standards, best practices, and business requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support to external development teams, assisting in resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring the efficient implementation of RPA solutions.
- Process Automation: Design and develop RPA solutions using Python and relevant RPA tools/frameworks, automating repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Problem Solving: Identify and proactively address potential roadblocks, challenges, and risks in RPA development projects, implementing effective solutions and contingency plans.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project requirements, specifications, progress, and any modifications made throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:/Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Lead/Senior RPA Engineer, with a focus on Python development.
- Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, executing, and delivering RPA projects.
- In-depth knowledge of RPA tools/frameworks such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Proficiency in Python programming, with experience in designing and implementing RPA solutions.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and practices, including version control, testing, and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
