Job Description

You would be responsible for the back-office operations 

What you'll do-

  • Maintaining customer record
  • Processing of orders received
  • Overseeing the customer service process.
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Understand the Product Line to explain to customers
  • incorporating online updations
  • Follow up for renewals
  • Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone
  • Prepare MIS 

What we need-

  • Any graduate with good English communication to reply to customers by email and Phone.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc)
  • Working from office.
  • Keenness to understand the product

 

Salary - 2.25 - 2.5 Lac PA plus Incentives

Office Timings - 10AM -6 PM

Candidates residing  Near Dwarka (West Delhi Area) will be preferred
