Ensure Statutory Compliance through co - ordination with HR, Branches, Ops FMG team
Ensure compliance with labor laws
Regulatory adherence and compliance
Submission of Compliance documents
Effectiveness of compliance programs
Able to Handle Exchange Inspection & Audit Independently
Effectively find solutions to compliance issues as they arise.
Create and maintain all the work-related SOPs and documents.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Required:

MIS generation analysis and communicating outcomes to senior management
Timely adherence to statutory compliance
Handling internal & External audits
Good written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal and strong analytical skills
Proficiency on MS Office suite of applications Able to work under moderate supervision Self-motivated, go getter Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen to other peoples opinions Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals at all technical levels is required
Strong attention to detail Shall be a good team player
Shall be open to work flexible hours Familiarity with transaction systems and compliance components
