Senior Software Developer @ Goavega Software India

Job Description

Goavega is seeking a skilled and motivated Frontend Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in full-stack development, with expertise in React as primary skills, and familiarity NodeJS, NextJS, Cloud - AWS or Azure.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using React for frontend.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.


• Implement and optimize microservices architecture for scalability and performance.


• Work with Docker for containerization and deployment of applications.


• Build and enhance user-facing features with NodeJS, NextJS when required.


• Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring application performance and reliability.


• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions. Other Requirements:


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies


• Experience with CI/CD pipelines


• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)


• Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)


• Understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL


• Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.)


• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)


• Exposure to DevOps practices


• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
