Job Summary:
The Technical Service Analyst II will be responsible for the computer and user support of our local and remote offices across Harris, as well as helping to maintain any local server and network infrastructure. In this role, you will use independent judgment and initiative to resolve problems and make recommendations, determining when and if executive action is required, and supply a recommendation where appropriate. Responsible for timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to appropriate technical personnel, regular ticket maintenance through standard ticketing system. Supports and maintains effective relationships with users. You need to be able to prioritize work and manage multiple projects at the same time.
