Job Description
-Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions effectively.
-Plan and execute recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls.
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
-Contribute to employment branding initiatives to enhance our employer brand.
-Assist in employee retention and development efforts.
-Provide support to the recruiting team as needed.
-Organize and participate in career fairs, assessment centers, and other relevant events.
-Utilize metrics to generate reports and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
-Proven expertise in talent hunting and acquisition.
-Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and employment branding.
-Familiarity with various selection methods and techniques.
-Proficiency in using social media platforms and job boards for sourcing.
-Willingness to understand the responsibilities and competencies of different roles.
-Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Strong organizational abilities.
-A proactive and strategic thinker.
