Job Description

Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in cloud environments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to troubleshooting.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.

- Service management skills: Strong knowledge of incident, change, and service request management processes.

- Familiarity with Splunk or other log analysis tools is a plus.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24x7 operational environment.

- Leverage your strong knowledge of Azure networking, including:

- Designing and implementing virtual networks (VNets) with optimal subnets and IP addressing.

- Implementing and managing Network Security Groups (NSGs) and Application Security Groups (ASGs) for fine-grained network security.

- Configuring and optimizing load balancers for high availability and performance.

- Defining and managing User-Defined Routes (UDRs) for custom network routing.

- Implementing Service Endpoints and Private Endpoints for secure connectivity.

- Integrating PaaS services seamlessly with VNets for enhanced security and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize PaaS solutions that align with business requirements.

- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for provisioning, scaling, and managing diverse PaaS services and networking components.

- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of DevOps practices, enabling continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.

- Utilize AI/ML technologies to enhance monitoring, analytics, and predictive maintenance of PaaS services.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues to ensure uninterrupted service availability.

- Act as a technical escalation point for complex incidents, collaborating with support teams for swift issue resolution.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on various Azure PaaS services and networking components.

- Document processes, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and Azure service updates to drive continuous improvement.
