Role & responsibilities
*Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
*Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals.
*Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone/video).
*Build strong rapport with candidates and represent the company professionally.
*Maintain detailed and accurate notes on candidate interactions.
*Ensure timely follow-ups and close the communication loop with every candidate.
*Ask for and follow up on candidate referrals to expand talent networks.
*Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
*Keep candidate pipelines, dashboards, and reports up to date.
*Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Preferred candidate profile
*1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment.
*Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or any relevant field.
*Exceptional skills in building rapport with candidates over phone/video.
*Ability to ask the right questions, take clear notes, and represent the brand well.
*Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills.
*Familiarity with job portals, social recruiting, and applicant tracking tools.
*A go-getter attitude with a passion for learning and self-improvement.
*Must be an immediate joiner.
