Job Description

Collaborate with in-house teams of designers, SEO experts, and product visionaries to distill complex magic (tech stuff) into enchanting prose.
Create and maintain the information architecture to ensure easy access to and understanding of our documentation.
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides.
Create tutorials to help end-users and developers understand a variety of topics.
Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.
Manage updates and revisions to technical literature.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
Ability to deliver high-quality documentation, paying attention to detail.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
Excellent written skills in English.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
Understanding of coding languages (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, Java) is a plus.
Strong communication skills.
A keen eye for detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
Skilled at prioritization and multitasking
