Python Full stack Developer @ Vertex Computer

About Vertex:

Vertex is a U.S. headquartered IT services company, with offices in the U.S., and India, serving customers in U.S., Europe, and Asia. We are seeking an experienced Python Full stack developer to augment our existing Development team.

Required Skillset:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications.


• Proficiency in Python programming language and its web frameworks such as Django or Flask.


• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js).


• Experience in implementing data storage solutions using SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).


• Knowledge of REST APIs and strong experience in building and consuming APIs.


• Experience on version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.


• Experience in deploying applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).


• Experience in Azure AD authentication, and other Azure services.


• Experience in test-driven development using testing frameworks/tools (e.g., Pytest, Jest).


• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.


• Experience working in projects Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skillset (Not Mandatory, but good to have):

• Experience working in Azure Cloud platform (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Bricks, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake etc.).


• Experience of working in the Data Science domain using Python libraries like Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Keras etc.


• Knowledge on Big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark.


• Experience with at least one visualization tool like Power BI, Tableau.
