Job Description
- Qualification: Any graduation
- Experience: 4 -7 Years
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Self-motivated & Results-oriented
- Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
- Candidates with experience in testing on any CRM Application would be a plus
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of test management software and SQL
- Experience in Selenium or similar automation software testing tool would be a plus
- Work with multiple projects and efficiently handle the testing requirements from multiple projects.
- Review and analyse system specifications.
- Ability to handle a team of testers, train them and manage their time efficiently.
- Meeting with system users to understand the scope of projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Writing and Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results.
- Stress testing, Performance testing, Functional testing and Scalability testing.
- Testing in different environments including web and mobile.
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
- Reviewing Documentation, Report bugs and errors to development teams.
- Help troubleshoot issues, Problem Solving, providing objective feedback to software development project teams
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
- Trace test procedures with the help of test traceability matrix.
