Engineering Manager - C++ @ Adobe

Job Description

• Lead the design, development and testing of large scale, low latency high volume services which serves millions of requests every day.
• Collaborate with architects, product management and other engineering teams to create the technical vision, and road map for the team.
• Mentoring people, helping them grow, and develop their careers.
• Providing oversight, accountability, and leadership for technical decisions with a bias for action
• Build new functionality/services and APIs for Adobe Campaign
• Build Reliable, scalable and secure cloud services.
• Responsible for full lifecycle of the project from user story to design, development, testing, documentation and maintenance.
• Create technical specifications, prototypes and presentations to communicate your ideas.

• 9+ years of hands on experience in designing, building, evolving and working with large scale, complex cloud services.
• Experience in managing people and projects.
• Bachelors/master s in computer science or a related field.
• Expert in C++, HTML, CSS, JS, data structures and algorithms
• Experience in Databases like Postgres, MySQL, Snowflake will be added advantage
• Excellent software design skills
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate technical details clearly
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Work closely and seamlessly with various engineering teams, product management and quality engineering to ensure we deliver great compelling solutions.
• At ease with ambiguity and able to adapt and change direction/technologies to leverage new learnings.
