Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify and qualify prospective clients.
  • Engage potential clients through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Effectively pitch the company's services/products and secure appointments for sales
    presentations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's offerings to address client needs
    confidently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversion and meeting setups.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the Excel/ CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelors/ Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in cold calling & lead generation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection professionally.
  • Proficiency in working on Google excel / CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales strategies
