Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify and qualify prospective clients.
- Engage potential clients through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Effectively pitch the company's services/products and secure appointments for sales
presentations. - Maintain a deep understanding of the company's offerings to address client needs
confidently. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversion and meeting setups.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the Excel/ CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
- Requirements:
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in cold calling & lead generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection professionally.
- Proficiency in working on Google excel / CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales strategies
