Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify and qualify prospective clients.
Engage potential clients through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Effectively pitch the company's services/products and secure appointments for sales presentations.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's offerings to address client needs confidently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversion and meeting setups.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the Excel/ CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
Requirements:
Bachelors/ Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in cold calling & lead generation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection professionally.
Proficiency in working on Google excel / CRM tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales strategies
