Performance Tester - JMeter/LoadRunner @ Brigosha Technologies

Job Description

- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to define performance testing objectives, scope, and criteria.- Develop comprehensive performance test plans, including test scenarios, data sets, and expected results.- Design and execute performance tests using industry-standard tools (e.g, JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling).- Monitor system behavior under load, identifying performance bottlenecks and issues.- Analyze test results to measure response times, throughput, and resource utilization.- Analyze performance test data to identify performance trends, anomalies, and areas for optimization.- Prepare detailed performance test reports, including findings, recommendations, and next steps.- Work with development teams to implement performance improvements and address identified issues.- Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement performance optimization techniques.- Provide guidance on performance best practices and coding standards.- Research and evaluate new performance testing tools and technologies.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance testing.- 6-9 years of experience in performance testing.- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.- Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.- Experience with scripting and automation for performance testing.- Knowledge of performance analysis tools and techniques.- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills
