Designation  : Senior HR recruiter 

Job Profile     : 

• Involved in Sourcing, Screening, Profiling, Networking, Candidate Relationship Management and Resume Database management.
• Client Interaction
• Posting job requirements in all Job sites.
• Recruitment of Employees as per Client Specifications.
• Processing the candidatures online and conducting preliminary screening of candidates and interacting with the candidates.
• Short-listing profiles based on parameters set by the client.
• Conducting telephonic interviews.
• Presenting candidature report by analyzing the suitability of candidates with respect to capabilities, interests, and negotiating the CTC.
• Sourcing resumes from subscribed sites, existing database and other resources.
• Head Hunting from target companies.
• Hardcore Referencing/ Internal reference.
• Screening from job portals and Job Posting on portals.
• Mass Mailing & Personal Networking.
