We are seeking a visionary and seasoned Technical Architect of Software Engineering on application. This role involves managing and developing a team of consultants, providing technical expertise to clients, and driving the strategic direction of our consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, Java,Web Application, as well as a track record of successful client engagement and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
Consulting Leadership:
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, web application, and consultants.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, technical challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to clients in software engineering, cloud engineering, and DevOps initiatives.
Service Delivery:
- Oversee the successful delivery of consulting services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
Software Engineering Consulting:
Technical Expertise:
- Offer deep technical expertise in software development methodologies, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Help clients make informed decisions about technology choices and architectural design.
Solution Design:
- Collaborate with clients to design software solutions that align with their business objectives and technical requirements.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations.
Cloud Engineering Consulting:
Cloud Strategy:
- Work with clients to define cloud strategies, encompassing cloud adoption, migration, and optimization.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and innovation.
Infrastructure and Security:
- Assist clients in designing, deploying, and securing cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
DevOps Consulting:
DevOps Strategy:
- Define and implement strategies that enhance collaboration, automation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
- Promote the use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools for infrastructure provisioning and management.
- Enhance scalability and repeatability through IaC.
DevOps Toolchain:
- Evaluate and recommend DevOps tools and technologies to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
Business Development:
Client Relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business, referrals, and client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in software engineering, cloud computing, and DevOps.
- Identify potential areas for service expansion and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in leadership roles within a consulting practice or similar environment.
- Extensive expertise in software engineering, cloud engineering, and DevOps, with a deep understanding of best practices and industry trends.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Mobile, NC and LC solutions) and related services.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Proven track record in client engagement, project management, and team leadership.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
