Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development and configuration for EDI modules including Accounts Payables through SPS Commerce and other trading partners.
- Production support (Technical) of EDI/ Netsuite P2P modules and 3rd party integrations with Netsuite.
- Provide technical support for custom built solutions/scripts in NetSuite for procure to pay documents (810 invoice and 856 Advance shipment notice)
- Provides technical support to root cause and resolve operational issues and collaborates with cross-functional team in month/quarter close activities.
- Supports the development activities for improvement initiative and participates in validation activities.
- Maintains the documentation related to EDI vendor onboarding and different transaction types
- Works on the production migration of fixes and enhancements.
Experience
- 3 years of hands-on experience working with EDI/B2B e-commerce environments and with Netsuite ERP systems as the core .
- Must have a prior experience with Netsuite technology tools and frameworks. building EDI related reports, workflows and other developer tools in Netsuite
- Background experience supporting EDI TP integrations
- Experience working with integrations with 3rd party systems in a cloud-based environment.
- Familiarity with middleware tools like Mulesoft, SPS, EDI document types.
- Good understanding of Netsuite configurations, roles, permissions, page layouts, custom PDF templates, scripting, workflows, reports and dashboards.
- Preferred functional knowledge of Accounting and ERP Vendor Management
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in computer science or a related field of study
- Aptitude for understanding and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Good understanding and working knowledge of ERP systems is a major plus.
